UNV38161 - Universal Description
The UNV38161 has an auto-start/stop function and is packed with overheat and overload protection to prevent machine damage. It features a manual reverse mode to undo jam and exceptionally fast shredding speed that increases the productivity of the model. With a motor HP of 0.2, it is bundled with adjustable arm that can fit in waste bins of different sizes. It is based on strip cut technology and designed for a single user.

Summary: Not That great!
 
If you put more than one piece of paper in it gets stuck. If that piece of paper is not perfectly straight it hangs up and you have pull individual pieces out and until you get it all unstuck. Don't know much about this item yet. Its pretty light weight and doesn't do many pages at a time. Nothing wrong with being a 2 pound weakling.

Granted, I didn't pay very much for this shredder, so I can't be too critical. But, it seems to jam fairly easily, even though I've only tried one piece of paper at a time so far. For example, if the sheet is not perfectly aligned, it will jam. Or, if you try shredding something a little irregular in shape, it sometimes jams. It's easy enough to unjam (just fast forward or pull paper out with hands), and i enjoy shredding things over cutting each piece of paper with scissors, but I'm a little disappointed with the efficiency of this model and think maybe paying more for a better shredder would have been worth it.

It's an OK shredder for the price. Sometimes the AUTO feature doesn't work so well. Either it doesn't switch on automatically when you put paper in the slot or it doesn't stop shredding although the paper is already gone through. And it's plenty loud. But the dimensions are good, it fits perfectly on my desk trash can and it can handle the amount of pages at a time that was advertised.
