Aurora AS810SD Description
The Aurora AS810SD strip cut paper shredder is the ultimate home device designed to ensure protection against identity theft. The shredder is capable of consuming eight sheets at a time and cut it into strips of 0.25 inch. The shredding speed of the machine is 9.7 feet per minute. It can cut through CDs and credit cards and comes with a basket and a three mode safety switch which keeps the fingers safe. The shredder's throat width is 8.75 inches. The wastebasket has a capacity of 4.5 gallons or in short it can accommodate 100 sheets of shredded papers.

Summary: Good shredder for the money
 
We bought this product with a $25 Amazon Gift Card. We were expecting a decent shredder, and thats what we got.
This product will shred up to 8pages at once, and has a slot for credit-cards and CDs. It does tend to jam when faced with especially thick envelopes and will often continue to run if it has a few shreds of paper jammed in the blades. Another annoying aspect of the product is that the bin is too small and tends to trip the "full" sensor before its full.

Bottom line, solid product for the price.

Excellent home shredder. The basket is a bit small but you can take extend the shredder to fit over a larger trash can for big jobs. Good value for the money!
