Its like a miracle, you put six pieces of paper in it and it turns them into unreadable strips. Its like some kind of miracle or something. I put every piece of paper I have into the machine!

This shredder gets stuck quite often, but is fine for me as I am only using it for junk mail mostly. Although picking the stuck paper out is a little zen like...
I have had it for maybe a year and a half and is still working away. With shredders you get what you pay for.

I have to say the shredder is not a right one for me. It sucks all the time. And it smells badly after using for a while. Totally unhappy. What I can say? It is a cheap one, so you may not expect too much!

...you do not shred anything with tape on it! When shredding my name and address from packages I receive in the mail, (most have tape over them, or, adhesive backed labels) they will always cause the motor to continue running and/or everything you shred though it next will be pulled to one side, depending on where the tape is stuck to the teeth. Keep a long thin screwdriver or knife next to the unit for clearing the frequent jams. Also, as mentioned, if your name is Secret Squirrel; you will find that the shredded strips are too wide and can still be read by your adversaries. Oh, and it will also choke easily if you do not guide the pages in straight or try to feed it more than 3 pages at once.
